Check a Teamnet month code.
Every month closed on Teamnet has a code on the worker's record and the contractor's bill. The employer checks it after signing in to Teamnet, or an inspector checks it with access the employer gives.
TN-7Q4-K2M Example
On the worker's month record and on the contractor's bill.
What the code proves
That this worker's month - attendance, wages, PF, ESIC and PT - was closed on Teamnet and approved by HR, and which version is current. If the month was corrected later, the check says so. It is a record of the month, not a certificate of statutory compliance.
